Remote fiber sales. Now hiring.

Get paid to close fiber deals from your laptop.

Fiber just got built into neighborhoods full of people paying $70 to $130 a month for cable that crawls every night. You call them, show them the better deal, and book the install. The dialer hands you the conversations.

$100 to $300
for every install you book
$200 to $900
a day at 2 to 3 deals
$1,200 to $4,500
a week at 12 to 15 deals

2 to 3 deals a day is the target by day 30. The team record is 10+ in a day. See the full math

No license. No door knocking. One $200 cost, for your dialer.

Read this before you decide

What you’d actually be doing.

Calling homeowners in neighborhoods where fiber internet was just built, and switching them off whatever they’re overpaying for now. That’s the job. There’s no fluff version of it.

Picture the call. Somebody is paying $110 a month for internet that buffers every night at seven, and you’re offering them something faster for less. Most of them don’t even know fiber is on their street yet. You aren’t talking anyone into changing their life. You’re telling them their bill is about to drop.

It’s the easiest thing I’ve ever put a team on.

It’s fully remote. A laptop and decent Wi-Fi is the whole setup. No door knocking, no driving, no territory.

Bram
Rise Fiber
Why it sells

Cable is a shared line. Fiber is a private one.

Every call comes back to this, so here it is in plain terms.

CableSlows at 7 PM
ONE SHARED LINE
One line shared by the whole street. At 7 PM everyone is online and everyone slows down.
Fiber Full speed all evening
A LINE PER HOUSE
Light through glass, straight to each house. The neighbors streaming doesn’t touch your speed.
01

Three to four times faster

Fiber carries data as pulses of light through strands of glass. Downloads are several times faster than cable, and uploads keep up too, which is what makes video calls and working from home feel instant.

02

No 7 PM slowdown

Cable is split between every house on the line, so it crawls when the street gets home. Fiber runs to the house on its own line, so it holds its speed all evening.

03

Cheaper than their bill

Most people you call pay Spectrum, Optimum or Xfinity $70 to $130 a month. The fiber plan costs less, and the current promotions make the switch easy to say yes to.

About 95% of the homes you call already pay for cable. You’re not selling internet to people who don’t have it. You’re swapping a worse deal for a better one.

How the sale works

Five steps. About ten minutes once you’ve run a few.

  1. 1

    The dialer feeds you

It calls ten homes at once and connects you to whoever picks up first. No lists to build, no cold DMs. You log in and it hands you conversations.

  2. 2

    Two questions

Who’s your internet with, and what are you paying? That’s the whole discovery.

  3. 3

    Show them the difference

Their line is shared with the street. Fiber runs straight to the house. Faster, and cheaper than what they pay now.

  4. 4

    Check the address

Confirm the home is serviceable while you’re still on the call.

  5. 5

    Book the install

Submit it on the dashboard and it’s credited to you: $100 to $300, every time.

The leads never run out

Your income has one input: hours on the phone.

Unlimited leads. No cap, nobody rationing you fifty a week, no good list saved for the senior reps. The dialer runs as long as you’re logged in and puts a new person on the phone every 90 to 120 seconds.

Most remote sales jobs die because the leads dry up or eight reps fight over one list. That problem doesn’t exist here. Nobody on this team has hit a ceiling because they ran out of people to call. They hit it because they stopped dialing.

What you can make

You’re paid per install. Here’s the honest math.

Every install pays $100 to $300, depending on the plan and the provider. The deal counts below are from this exact campaign, not projections. The dollars are those counts times the pay.

Deals closed per day, week and month at each stage, and what they pay
Where you’re atPer dayPer weekPer month
Week one, learning0 to 1 deals$0 to $3002 to 4 deals$200 to $1,200not yet
Ramped, hitting the standard1 to 2 deals$100 to $6007 to 10 deals$700 to $3,00030 to 40 deals$3,000 to $12,000
Running it right2 to 3 deals$200 to $90012 to 15 deals$1,200 to $4,50050 to 65 deals$5,000 to $19,500

The people at the top of that board aren’t smarter than you. They’re on the phone four and a half hours a day and they’ve gotten good at objections. That’s the whole gap.

Nobody gets to the top of that board dialing ninety minutes a day. The people doing well here treat it like a job, not something they fit in between video games.

Deal counts from Rise Fiber’s current campaign, times the $100 to $300 an install pays. What you close depends on your hours and your skill. Nothing on this page is a promise of income.

Your first 30 days

The ramp is real, and it’s short.

Cleared to dial
  • Every login working and your profile complete
  • Dialer set up, both Discords joined
  • Training library finished
Days 3 to 7

Week one

  • Full dial blocks every scheduled day
  • The script known cold by day five
  • Objections role-played before your block, not after
Days 8 to 14

  • Common objections handled without freezing
  • The whole booking flow run on your own
  • One call recording sent in for review
Days 15 to 30

Scaling

2 to 3 deals a day
  • The full call, open to booked install, on your own
  • You know your own connect-to-close rate
  • Talking in huddles, not only listening

The team record on this campaign is 10+ deals in a day. Same list, same script, same dialer you’d be using.

Closing is level one

Build a team under you and earn on what they close.

The rep seat is where you start. It isn’t where the ceiling is. Once you’re consistent and good on the phone, you recruit your own people, train them, and get paid on everything they close.

That’s the difference between a good month and something that pays you on days you don’t dial. I’ll walk you through the recruiting and team training myself. Reps who get consistent move into it fast.

Most people never get there, because they never get consistent at level one. But the door is open, and nobody is gatekeeping it.

It all runs on the Rise Fiber dashboard

Your team, drawn outWhen you start building, your people sit under you in the org chart, with their numbers.
What it costs
$200

One time, for your dialer. It’s the only thing you ever pay for.

That’s your own software seat. It pulls the leads, runs the auto dialer and tracks your calls. Every rep on the team has one, and the money goes straight to the provider. I don’t make a dime off it.

What you are not paying for
  • No course
  • No mentorship program
  • No monthly fee
  • No lead cost
  • No cut off the top for training you

Training is free and it always will be. I make money when you make money. That’s the whole model, and it’s why I’m picky about who I bring on.

If $200 is out of reach this week, tell me and we’ll talk timing. I’d rather you start ready than start stressed.

What I expect from you

  • 4.5 hours of active dial time a day

Active means on the phone, not logged in with the tab open while you do something else. I can see the difference on the dialer, and I check.

  • Both huddles, every day

Start of day at 11:00 AM Eastern, Monday to Saturday. End of day at 9:00 PM Eastern, Monday to Thursday and Sunday. Can’t make one? Text me first with a real reason.

  • Hit your ramp

First deal by the end of week one, about a deal a day by week two, two to three a day by day thirty. Fall behind and we coach you. Just be straight with me about your numbers.

  • One call a week sent for review

The fastest way to get better is someone else hearing what you can’t hear yourself doing.

What you get from me

  • Unlimited leads, no cap, ever
  • The dialer, the scripts and the objection handling, all built out
  • Training from reps who’ve closed 10+ deals in a day, only for this team
  • Two live huddles a day, not a recorded course you watch alone at 2 AM
  • Me reviewing your calls personally
  • A real path to running your own team

I reinvest heavily in people who show up. I also remove people who don’t, and I’m not going to pretend otherwise. This works because the standard is real.

Is this you?

Read this part twice.

This is for you if

  • You want out of a 9 to 5 and you’ll put 4.5 hours a day into getting out
  • You can take feedback without getting in your feelings
  • You’d rather grind for ninety days and have something real
  • You want a path that doesn’t stop at closing

It’s not for you if

  • You’re looking for passive income
  • You want to try it an hour a day and see what happens
  • You need to be chased to show up
  • You want somebody else to be responsible for your numbers

No hard feelings either way. I’d rather we both know now than in week two.

Can you put in 4.5 hours a day?
FAQ

The questions people ask on the call.

Do I need sales experience?

No. You need to be coachable, on time and dialing. The scripts, the objection handling and five example calls are in the training, and the two daily huddles are where you get sharper.

Is it really remote?

Yes. A laptop, a headset and decent internet. No door knocking, no driving, no territory.

Is this cold calling?

It’s outbound, but it isn’t random. You’re calling homeowners on streets where fiber was just built, and about 95% of them already pay for cable. You’re offering a better deal on something they already buy.

What does it cost?

$200, one time, for your own dialer seat. That’s it. No course, no monthly fee, no lead cost, no cut off the top.

How do I get paid?

Per install: $100 to $300 each, depending on the plan and the provider. Every sale you submit on the dashboard is credited to you, and you track your commission there.

What hours do I work?

You choose your dial time, but plan on 4.5 active hours a day. The huddles are set: 11:00 AM Eastern Monday to Saturday, and 9:00 PM Eastern Monday to Thursday and Sunday.

What if I can’t make a huddle?

Text your manager before, with a real reason. If you have a standing conflict like school or a shift, say so up front and we’ll work around it. No-showing without telling anyone is the one thing that gets you removed.

Do I need a license?

No. There’s no license and no exam.

How fast can I start?

Application in, a quick call, you’re approved and your rate is set, you grab your dialer, then Discord, the dashboard and training. Most people are on the phones within a couple of days if they move on it.
